1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Jen Ho reserves the right to revise shipping fees at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
Jen Ho has no control over these charges.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
Jen Ho will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the delivery status update so we can assist you accordingly.
